Education Outside

Education Outside is changing science education in urban public elementary
schools by teaching outdoors. We spark children’s interest in science and
connect them to the natural world through hands-on learning in school
gardens at 37 school sites across San Francisco.

We are offering on-going volunteer opportunities to assist our instructors
in the gardens. Garden volunteers and interns are able to support the
instructors in garden maintenance and classroom management.

The information above can be found on the official website of Education Outside. For more details about the organization and to find out how you can volunteer, please visit their website: http://www.educationoutside.org
