First Chance Vallejo is a nonprofit organization located in North Vallejo whose mission is to bridge the existing gap in education, recreational activities & support for our youth that is unavailable to this specific demographic. We offer free services to help Vallejo youth that include tutoring, phonics & reading assistance, S.T.E.M. programs, social-emotional learning applications, human rights education, sports referrals, internship & community service opportunities, mentorship programs and sports scholarships. Vallejo kids are often treated like they are on their second chance by default, we are here to bridge the gap anyway we can. We provide youth with services they need to flourish.Even though our mission is to serve Vallejo youth we will never turn away a child in need. Open to all children in need of a first chance. All services are by-donation to ensure access regardless of socio-economic status.
